Fulfillment Logistics

  • Shipping Fee: Flat Rate $8.00 USD
  • Sales Tax: 0%

Carriers & Tracking

We utilize USPS and UPS for all domestic fulfillment. Once your physical print has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your provided email address. This allows for real-time monitoring of your package through the carrier’s portal.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Veronica Gray Photography LLC is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply.

Package Security

If a package is lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the customer must file a claim directly with UPS or USPS. We are responsible for the safe delivery of the product until it reaches the carrier’s final delivery confirmation.
