Service Agreement

Welcome to Veronica Gray Photography LLC. This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the “User” or “Customer”) and Veronica Gray Photography LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at https://abruzzowinetour.com and purchasing our physical products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Business Identity & Operations

Veronica Gray Photography LLC is a registered business entity in the State of California (Entity #201915010140). We operate as a legitimate retailer of physical consumer goods (photographic prints). Our headquarters are located at 1000 Van Dyke Drive, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

We do not offer digital downloads, subscription services, or intangible products. Every transaction on this site results in the logistical fulfillment of a physical item via domestic U.S. carriers.

2. User Obligations & Accuracy

To ensure the integrity of our fulfillment process, users agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
• Promptly update email addresses and shipping details so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
• Refrain from any fraudulent activity, including the use of unauthorized payment methods or providing false identity information.

3. Terms of Sale & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or errors in pricing. All prices are listed in USD.

In no case shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific physical product that gave rise to the claim.

This Agreement and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in California.

7. Service Interruption & Updates

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice for maintenance, updates, or business necessity.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
