We believe in the quality of our physical art. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return process is designed to be straightforward and compliant with U.S. consumer standards.
The 15-Day Window
Customers have exactly 15 calendar days from the date of delivery (confirmed by tracking status) to initiate a return request.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.
- Exclusions: Sale items, Clearance items, and Custom orders are final and non-returnable.
- Proof of purchase (Order Number) is mandatory.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Request: Email [email protected]. For defective items, include clear photos of the damage.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 1 business day and provide a Return Authorization.
- Shipment: Package the item securely and ship it to our California facility.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 4–12 business days.
Costs & Exchanges
Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We cover shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges ONLY for defective items (same product). We do not offer exchanges for different products; please initiate a return and place a new order.
